Welcome to our community of cancer survivors, families, and friends. Registering to become a member is quick, easy, and free.

This site is completely non-commercial and provides a private, secure way to find and communicate with others who share your interests and experiences. You control access to your personal information such as your email address. You, and only you, decide to whom to make that information available.

By becoming a member, you can:

• View CSN members' personal web pages to find others like yourself, email other CSN members, post to the discussion boards, and have private chats.
• Create your own personal web page to share your experience, thoughts and wisdom. You can even post photos on your page.
• Receive our monthly e-newsletter.
• Be notified each time you receive new CSN email.
• Post poems, music, artwork, favorite quotes or other inspirational messages in the Expressions Gallery.
• Create your own personal support community using the friends list.
• Start new, virtual support communities of people who share your concerns and interests.
• Customize your own start page to organize the site for your specific needs.
• Post information about resources you have used and would recommend to other survivors or family caregivers.

Notes on User Names:

Your User Name is the name you will use to log on to CSN. It is also the name that will appear with any postings you make, so please take a minute to consider what you choose. If you are concerned about your identity, do not use your name or other identifying information. Numbers are allowed, but punctuation and spaces are not allowed. Your User Name should be between five and fourteen characters long. If you select a User Name already in use by another member, you'll be asked to select another one.
