You must register with CSN before creating your Personal Web Page.
Your Personal Web Page is a place where other CSN members can learn
more about you. It shows your story; lists of your contributions to
the Expressions Gallery and Resource Library; and an optional image.
To create your Personal Web Page:
-
Log in to CSN using your username and password.
-
Select Edit from the View/Edit Your Web Page link
under the Took Kit on Your CSN Start Page.
-
Enter your responses to the questions in the questionnaire;
OR enter any questions that are relevant to your survivorship or caregiving
experience and enter responses.
-
It is suggested that you copy and paste your answers
into a word document on your own computer as a backup.
-
(Optional) Upload an image from your computer by clicking
the Browse button next to the field labeled "Image File." Locate the
image on your computer system, and click "OK." (Note: The file must
be in either JPG or GIF format. The file size does not matter, as
the CSN Web site will automatically size your photo.)
-
If you are unable to upload an image and would like
to include one on your Web page, email webmaster@acscsn.org
and request instructions for mailing your photo to CSN, to have it
entered onto your page.
-
To submit your Personal Web Page, click "All finished--submit
my Web page." Click on "Looks Good-Save it" or "Hold On" to make changes.
To edit your Personal Web Page:
