Downloading RealPlayer

To download your free copy of RealPlayer click here and follow the instructions below:

1. Go to http://www.realnetworks.com/.
2. Select "Products and Services."
3. Select "Media Players" from the Products and Services page.
4. Select "RealOne Player" from the Media Players page.
5. Click on "Free RealOne Player" on the RealOne Player page. (Note: On this page or elsewhere on the site, you may be offered a free trial of one or more versions of RealOne Player. This offer is usually limited to a certain number of days. If you don't cancel your trial within the designated period, a monthly fee will be charged to your credit card.)
6. Request to download the free, basic version of RealOne Player by selecting "Download the Free RealOne Player Only."
7. When you are prompted to save the file from the File Download window, select "Save the program to disk."
8. In the Save As window, save the file to your Desktop. Do not change the name of the file.
9. Click "Save." The download time may vary, depending on your modem speed. Take note of the file name, as you will need to reference the file once the download is complete.
10. Once the download is complete, you are ready to install the player. Close all applications before proceeding with the player installation.
11. The file you saved is located on your Desktop. Locate the file and double-click it to activate the installation.
12. Follow the prompts to install the player. When prompted, make sure to select "Basic Setup" to indicate that you would to install like the free, basic version of the player rather than any time-limited trial version.

Downloading Adobe Acrobat

To download your free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader click here and follow the instructions below:

1. Click the Get Acrobat Reader icon.
2. Click the Get Acrobat Reader free link.
3. Fill out the information and click the Download button.
4. When you are prompted to save the file from the File Download window, select Save the program to disk.
5. In the Save As window, save the file to your Desktop. Do not change the name of the file.
6. Click the Save button. Depending on your modem speed, the download time may vary. Take note of the file name as you will need to reference the file once download is complete.
7. Once the download is complete, you are ready to install the player. Close all applications before proceeding with the player installation.
8. The file you saved is located on your Desktop. Locate the file and double-click it to activate the installation.
9. Follow the prompts to install the reader.
